IPO Desk is not a broker, registrar, merchant banker, or investment adviser, and is not registered with SEBI in any of those capacities. Nothing in the app or on this site is a recommendation to apply for, buy, hold, or sell any security. Decisions you make about an IPO are your own.
Grey-market premium
Grey-market premium (GMP) is an unofficial, unregulated figure quoted by third parties. It is not published by any exchange or registrar, it is not a price you can transact at, and it does not predict the listing price. We show it because people ask for it, not because it is reliable.
Accuracy of data
Dates, price bands, lot sizes, subscription figures, listing gains, and allotment results are gathered from public registrar and exchange sources. They can be delayed, incomplete, revised, or wrong. Always confirm final details with the official registrar and the exchange before acting.
Allotment checks
- Checks run against each registrar’s own public status pages, so a result only exists once that registrar has published it.
- “No record found” means that PAN was not in the records we could read. It is not a confirmed rejection — the registrar may not have published yet, or the application may be recorded under different details.
- Only check PANs that belong to you or that you are authorised to manage. You are responsible for having that authority.
Availability
The app depends on third-party registrar and exchange sites that we do not control. Checks and data may be unavailable, rate-limited, or interrupted without notice. We do not guarantee uptime and do not promise that any particular IPO will be supported.
Acceptable use
Do not use IPO Desk to scrape, resell, or bulk-query registrar systems, to check PANs you have no right to, or in any way that breaches a registrar’s own terms or Indian law. We may rate-limit or block use that does.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss — including any investment or trading loss — arising from your use of the app, from data being inaccurate or delayed, or from the app being unavailable.
Privacy
How your data is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date above and post the new version here. Continuing to use the app means you accept the current version.
